This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed when you browse Yoru Fashion, create an account, add products to cart, place an order, make a payment, request support, return or exchange a product, leave a review, or communicate with this storefront.
By using this storefront, you agree that your information may be processed for ecommerce operations, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, customer support, and business recordkeeping.
Information we collect
- Identity and contact details such as name, email address, mandatory phone number, billing address, shipping address, and account credentials.
- Order data such as products purchased, size, color, quantity, price, discounts, taxes, shipping method, delivery status, returns, refunds, and support history.
- Payment status, payment method type, transaction reference, gateway response, risk signals, and refund status. Raw card, UPI PIN, wallet, or banking credentials are handled by the payment provider and should not be stored by the storefront.
- Device, browser, session, cookie, IP address, approximate location, referral, and activity signals used for security, analytics, abuse prevention, and storefront performance.
- Customer-generated content such as reviews, ratings, uploaded photos, support attachments, and product feedback.
How we use information
