Return eligibility
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, invoice, labels, accessories, and freebies. Return eligibility can differ by product type, hygiene constraints, customization, sale condition, product condition, and applicable law.
- Products with perfume, makeup marks, sweat marks, stains, damage, missing tags, altered stitching, or signs of use may be rejected during inspection.
- Customized, made-to-measure, altered, final sale, intimate, hygiene-sensitive, and explicitly non-returnable products are not eligible unless defective or wrongly shipped.
- Color variation caused by display settings, lighting, photography, fabric texture, or handcrafted processes is not treated as a defect unless materially different from the listing.
Wrong, damaged, or missing items
Wrong, damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 3days of delivery. Share photos or videos of the package, product, tags, invoice, and unboxing evidence so the support team can validate the case with the warehouse and shipping partner.
After validation, we may offer replacement, exchange, repair, partial refund, full refund, store credit, or another commercially reasonable resolution depending on stock availability and issue type.
Cancellation policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from the warehouse. Once packed, shipped, or handed to the courier, cancellation may not be available and the return flow may apply after delivery. If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund is initiated to the original payment method.
We may cancel an order if payment authorization fails, fraud checks fail, stock is unavailable, address or phone verification fails, shipping is not serviceable, pricing is incorrect because of a technical error, or the order violates these terms.
Refund processing
Refunds are processed after return pickup, receipt at the warehouse, quality inspection, and approval. The expected refund timeline is 5 to 7 working days after return inspection is approved. Bank, UPI, card network, wallet, and payment gateway timelines can add additional processing time outside our control.
- Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the order.
- Shipping fees, cash handling fees, gift wrapping, alteration, customization, convenience fees, or gateway charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
- If a refund fails because of bank or payment provider issues, we may request additional information needed by the payment provider to reprocess the refund.
India shipping and pickup
This storefront ships only within India. The default shipping method is inhouse shipping. Reverse pickup depends on serviceability at the customer pincode. If reverse pickup is not available, the support team may ask you to self-ship the product using a trackable courier after approval.
