Order processing
Orders are prepared after successful payment confirmation. Standard processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays, and dispatch may take longer during sale periods, festivals, inventory checks, or other high-demand windows.
If order verification is required, the support team may contact you on your registered phone number or email before dispatch. Incorrect contact information can delay fulfilment.
Shipping coverage
Yoru Fashion currently ships within India only. Delivery serviceability depends on the destination PIN code, courier network availability, product type, warehouse readiness, and channel shipping rules.
- Shipping is available only to Indian addresses accepted during checkout.
- Orders may be held or cancelled if the PIN code is not serviceable or the delivery address is incomplete.
- The default delivery method for this storefront is inhouse shipping where available.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown during checkout before payment. The final charge can vary by delivery location, order value, applied offer, shipment weight, package size, and fulfilment availability.
Free shipping offers are applied only when the cart and destination meet the offer conditions shown on the storefront at checkout.

Delayed delivery

Incorrect or incomplete address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address, including name, mandatory phone number, house or flat details, street, city, state, and PIN code. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address details.
If you notice an address mistake, contact support as early as possible. Address edits may not be possible after the order is packed or handed to the courier.
Damaged or lost packages
If a package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact support within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. Include the order number, tracking details, package photos, product photos, invoice, and any courier communication available.
After review, the team may coordinate with the courier, warehouse, and customer to provide an appropriate resolution according to the order status and evidence available.
